Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bdjl Platform at any given time. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdjl Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
bdjl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bdjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You agree to notify bdjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. bdjl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
bdjl reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification of Account ownership by the registered holder.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied by bdjl. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider.
By depositing funds into your bdjl Account, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and that you are the legitimate owner and authorised user of the payment method used. bdjl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by bdjl are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to the bonus concerned.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and contribution percentages for each game type will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified; unused bonus balances and associated winnings will expire and be removed automatically upon expiry.
bdjl reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; hedging bets to minimise wagering risk while satisfying requirements; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus calculations; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional structures.
The bdjl VIP Programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver Elite, Gold VIP, and Black Diamond. Tier assignment and maintenance are subject to the bdjl VIP Programme terms published separately. bdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme, or to adjust a Player's tier assignment, at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the bdjl Platform are subject to their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. In the case of any discrepancy between information displayed during a game session and the rules documented by the game provider, the game provider's documented rules shall prevail.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or power outage on the Player's side — bdjl will attempt to resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's technical failure policy. bdjl is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of a technical failure outside its reasonable control.
The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning conducted by licensed studio staff. bdjl does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so within the game provider's certified environment.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer any software used in connection with the Platform; use any bdjl trademark or logo without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjl and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdjl Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical error outside bdjl's reasonable control; interruption of service due to maintenance, cyberattack, or third-party infrastructure failure; or loss arising from your breach of these Terms.
bdjl's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the incident occurred.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdjl's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by bdjl is governed by the bdjl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is handled.
bdjl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked and you must cease all use of the bdjl Platform.

If you are not satisfied with bdjl's final response, you may seek independent dispute resolution through a third-party arbitration body.
